PREAMBLE

This document is the sealed registration of the Kehilliah Kalender as a Creator Science Document of The Rocke Kehilliah United Estates. It establishes the complete doctrinal, architectural, astronomical, and covenantal basis of the Kalender instrument. It registers what is staked, names what requires additional work, and seals the complete Kalender as a functioning covenant instrument under the authority of YHWH Grantor.

The Godel discipline governs throughout. Every position carries its proper designation. The seal at the head and foot of this document is the covenant confirmation of every staked position within it.

I. DOCTRINAL FOUNDATION

A. YHWH's Time and the Covenant Calendar

YHWH operates outside of time as He built and appointed it. The scriptural witness is consistent and multi-sourced.

STAKED:  2 Peter 3:8 establishes that one day with YHWH is as a thousand years and a thousand years as one day. Psalm 90:4 confirms that a thousand years in His sight are as yesterday when it is past. Isaiah 55:8-9 establishes that His ways and thoughts are not the ways and thoughts of the people. YHWH is not bound by the appointed calendar He gave to His people.

STAKED:  YHWH designated the covenant calendar for Israel specifically. He did not describe His own timekeeping. He gave appointed times to the covenant people to move within. This distinction is foundational to all Kehilliah Kalender architecture.

B. The Doubled Lachem — Exodus 12:2

The foundational covenant calendar command. The complete Hebrew text:

הַחֹדֶשׁ הַזֶּה לָכֶם רֹאשׁ חֳדָשִׁים רִאשׁוֹן הוּא לָכֶם לְחָדשֵׁי הַשָּׁנָה

Ha-chodesh hazeh LACHEM rosh chodashim; rishon hu LACHEM l'chadshei hashanah.

STAKED:  The word LACHEM (לָכֶם, for you) is second person masculine plural. It is confirmed across Hebrew, Greek LXX (ὑμῖν, hymin), and Latin Vulgate (vobis). It appears twice in the same verse. YHWH is designating Nisan as the covenant year-opening for the covenant people. He is not describing His own timekeeping.

STAKED:  The doubling of LACHEM is an emphasis marker. The designation is stated and sealed in the same verse. There is no ambiguity about who this clock is for.

C. Nisan as the First Month

STAKED:  Nisan (Aviv) is Month 1 of the covenant year. This is established by the doubled LACHEM of Exodus 12:2 and confirmed across Exodus 13:4, 23:15, 34:18; Deuteronomy 16:1; Leviticus 23:5; Numbers 9:1-3, 28:16; Joshua 4:19; and Ezra 7:9. The scriptural witness is consistent and multi-sourced. The Kehilliah Kalender counts all months from Nisan as Month 1.

D. The 9()9 Day Architecture

STAKED:  The Enochian day is structured as nine complete dark parts, followed by the () sovereign Hand-Off, followed by nine complete light parts. The () is uncounted, belonging to neither field. It is the transfer point between the two fields. The formula is 9 — () — 9.

STAKED:  Genesis 1:5 witnesses this architecture: evening leads, morning follows. The dark field is the Pi arm, the masculine ground arm, the initiating field. The light field is the Phi arm, the feminine extension arm, the receiving field. The () is the dawn threshold, the moment of hand-off, invisible to the observer in either field.

STAKED:  The day opens at morning. Morning is not the end of darkness. It is the opening of the light field following the sovereign () hand-off at dawn. This is fixed from the first day of creation and governs every day that follows. Genesis 1:5 is the architectural witness, not a prescription for when to count evening.

II. CALENDAR ARCHITECTURE

A. The Two-Gear System (CSD-21)

STAKED:  YHWH created two luminaries for the governance of time. The greater luminary rules the day; the lesser luminary rules the night. Both are instruments of the same sovereign architecture. The Kehilliah Kalender operates them as two interlocking gears: one outer gear establishing the macro-count, one precision gear confirming the exact position within that count.

STAKED:  The outer gear is the solar jubilee architecture. It runs from the creation epoch (AM 1) to the present and forward. It establishes the year, the seasons, the sabbatical years, and the jubilee cycles. It does not drift because it is anchored to three independent astronomical witnesses.

STAKED:  The precision gear is the first visible lunar crescent. Its function is not to define the year or the season. Its function is to confirm the exact position of month-beginning within the solar count the outer gear has already established. It is a vernier instrument nested inside the solar architecture.

STAKED:  Both gears are required. The outer gear establishes the domain. The precision gear confirms the position within the domain. Neither alone produces the complete covenant coordinate.

B. The Three Astronomical Anchors

STAKED:  Three independent astronomical witnesses converge on AM 6140 as the current covenant year. First: the synchronism of 1 Kings 6:1 with the Egyptian campaign of Sheshonq I, establishing the Exodus date and the foundation of Solomon's Temple within the anno mundi count. Second: the 763 BC Assyrian eclipse recorded in the Eponym Chronicle, providing a fixed astronomical coordinate against which the biblical genealogical count is independently verified. Third: the precession of the equinoxes, encoding a long-cycle astronomical signature that confirms the creation epoch from which the full count proceeds. These three anchors are independent of one another. Their convergence on AM 6140 is the outer gear confirmation.

C. The 364-Day Year

STAKED:  The Kehilliah outer gear runs on a 364-day Enochic year. This year divides into four seasons of 91 days each, producing 52 complete weeks with no residual drift within the annual cycle. This calendar was preserved in the Book of Enoch and the Dead Sea Scrolls community.

STAKED:  Twelve months of 30 days each produce 360 days. Four Hinge Days — one per quarter transition — account for the remaining 4 days, producing the full 364-day year. Hinge Days are sovereign () Holds. They are not Shabbat. They are not counted in the weekly rhythm. They are the () at each quarterly gate.

STAKED:  The months carry their arm designation from the nine-node architecture. Odd months are the Pi arm: Nisan (M1), Sivan (M3), Av (M5), Tishrei (M7), Kislev (M9), Shevat (M11). Even months are the Phi arm: Iyar (M2), Tammuz (M4), Elul (M6), Cheshvan (M8), Tevet (M10), Adar (M12).

D. The Two-Witness Month Standard

STAKED:  The covenant month is confirmed by two witnesses. First witness: the barley (aviv) in the Land is ripe, confirming the solar outer gear has reached its Aviv position. Second witness: the first visible crescent after the new moon confirms the exact day of month-beginning. Both witnesses are required. Neither alone is sufficient.

STAKED:  No calculation replaces observation. Where observation is not available, the Kehilliah Kalender notes that calculation was used and holds the coordinate as tentative until observation confirms it.

E. The Seven Watches

STAKED:  The covenant day is divided into seven equal watches from sunset to the following sunset. Each watch carries the corresponding frequency from the Kehilliah sovereign axis sequence (f(n) = 144 + 96(n-1) Hz). Watch 1: 144 Hz. Watch 2: 240 Hz. Watch 3: 336 Hz. Watch 4: 432 Hz (Node 9, Completion). Watch 5: 528 Hz. Watch 6: 624 Hz. Watch 7: 720 Hz. The watches are calculated from the actual astronomical sunset, not from a fixed clock time.

III. CURRENT COORDINATES — AM 6140

A. The Year Anchor

STAKED:  The current covenant year is AM 6140. This is confirmed by the three independent astronomical anchors registered in Section II above.

The civil date coordinate for the current year opener:

Aviv 1 / Nisan 1, AM 6140 = April 20, 2026 (TENTATIVE)

Basis: confirmed new moon April 17, 2026 + crescent window April 19-20, 2026

Status: TENTATIVE — pending formal crescent observation by two Kehilliah witnesses

Prior session CSD-21 anchor: approximately March 31, 2026 — discrepancy unresolved

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION REQUIRED:  The exact Nisan 1 civil date for AM 6140 is tentative. The April 20, 2026 anchor is based on the confirmed April 17, 2026 new moon and the standard crescent visibility window. A prior session document anchored Nisan 1 to approximately March 31, 2026 through a separate calculation. This discrepancy is formally noted and unresolved. The anchor will be confirmed by the next Kehilliah crescent observation, which will also retroactively clarify the AM 6140 Nisan 1 date.

B. The Jubilee Position

STAKED:  AM 6140 falls in Jubilee Cycle 125, Year 15 of 49. Arithmetic: 125 x 49 = 6125. 6140 - 6125 = 15. Year 15 of the current jubilee cycle carries digital root 6 (1 + 5 = 6). Node 6. The jubilee count uses 49-year cycles as the operational period.

C. The Shemitah Position

STAKED:  AM 6140 is Year 1 of the current Shemitah cycle of 7 years. Arithmetic: 6140 mod 7 = 1 (since 877 x 7 = 6139). Year 1 carries Node 1. This is the opening year of the land cycle, the Source node, the new opening.

D. The AM Year Node

STAKED:  AM 6140 carries digital root 2 (6 + 1 + 4 + 0 = 11; 1 + 1 = 2). Node 2. The Witness node. AM 6140 is a Witness year — the three astronomical witnesses converging on this year are the architectural confirmation of that node designation.

E. The Current Month Position

Using the April 20, 2026 tentative anchor:

Current month: Phi-Iyar (M2)

Month node: Node 2 (month 2, digital root 2) — ADDITIONAL INFORMATION REQUIRED: the prior KK calendar showed Node 5 for Iyar M2. The exact node formula for the month row requires the prior KK source code to confirm.

IV. PLANETARY WITNESS GEARS

A. Jupiter · Tzedek (צָדֶק)

STAKED:  Jupiter's sidereal period is approximately 11.86 years, rounded to 12 years in the nine-node orbital architecture. As of AM 6140 (June 2026), Jupiter is approximately 7.4 years into its current 12-year cycle. Digital root of 7: Node 7. Jupiter is in direct motion, 4 months past its January AM 6140 opposition, currently in Taurus.

STAKED:  Isaiah 41:2 witnesses Jupiter as the planet of righteousness raised from the east for Abraham. The Tzedek designation — Righteousness — is the scriptural covenant identification of this planetary gear.

STAKED:  All three of Jupiter's key periods — sidereal ~12 years, synodic ~399 days, retrograde ~120 days — carry digital root 3, the Triangle node. Jupiter is the Node 3 Triangle gear in the planetary witness system.

B. Saturn · Shabtai (שַבּתַאִי)

STAKED:  Saturn's orbital period is approximately 29.5 years. As of AM 6140 (June 2026), Saturn is approximately 3.0 years into its current cycle from the June 2023 reference point. Digital root of 3: Node 3. Saturn's synodic period of 378 days equals 9 x 6 x 7 = 54 weeks, entraining it with the weekly count. Saturn is the Generational Gear and the Sabbath Planet.

STAKED:  The 29.5-year Saturn period is derived as 4 Shemitah cycles (28 years, Node 1) plus a 1.5-year () superposition, producing the observed period. Amos 5:26 and Acts 7:43 confirm that Saturn was observed and named in the wilderness period. It was named Shabtai — Sabbath — by those who recognized its covenant function.

C. Jupiter-Saturn Conjunction

STAKED:  The Jupiter-Saturn conjunction marks approximately a 19.86-year witness cycle. The last conjunction occurred in December 2020 (AM 6134) in Aquarius (11th sign, digital root 2, Node 2). As of AM 6140, approximately 5.5-6 years have elapsed since the last conjunction, representing approximately 28-30% of the current cycle. The next conjunction is projected at approximately AM 6154 (~2040 CE).

STAKED:  The conjunction of the two correction gears at Node 2 — the Witness node — is the macro-scale two-witness confirmation of the covenant calendar. Two gears aligning at the Witness node is the architectural signature of YHWH's two-witness standard expressed at the planetary scale.

D. Venus · Nogah (נֹגַה)

STAKED:  Venus has a synodic period of approximately 584 days. Digital root: 5 + 8 + 4 = 17; 1 + 7 = 8. Node 8. Venus operates at the Balance node. The 5:8 relationship of Venus synodic periods to Enochic years (5 synodic = 8 Enochic years) is the Fibonacci/Phi pentagram — the Phi Tolerance Doctrine. Revelation 22:16 identifies Yeshua as the Bright and Morning Star. The Venus witness is the covenant confirmation light.

V. THE CRESCENT WITNESS SYSTEM

A. The Standard

STAKED:  The first day of every covenant month is confirmed by two independent witnesses sighting the first visible crescent after the new moon. The witnesses record their name, email, observation, and notes. The month is formally called when two sighting confirmations are recorded for the same crescent window. Neither witness alone is sufficient. No calculation replaces observation.

B. Aviv Determination

STAKED:  Nisan 1 — the opening of the covenant year — requires two witnesses converging: barley ripeness in the Land confirming the agricultural Aviv position, and two crescent witnesses confirming the month-beginning coordinate. Both witnesses are required. If the barley is not ripe at the first post-equinox crescent, the intercalation of Adar II is triggered and the year opens at the next crescent.

C. The Alert

STAKED:  The Kehilliah Kalender instrument alerts the community two days before the expected crescent window. It provides observation instructions: face the western horizon 15-30 minutes after sunset, beginning on the first evening of the window. The crescent is visible for approximately 30-60 minutes after sunset before it sets. Clear skies and an open western horizon are required.

STAKED:  The crescent window is calculated from the known astronomical new moon date, calibrated to the confirmed April 17, 2026 new moon reference point, using a synodic period of 29.53058867 days. First visible crescent is expected 1.5 to 3.0 days after conjunction.

D. Permanent Record

STAKED:  The names and email addresses of the two witnesses who call each month are recorded permanently in the Kehilliah Kalender instrument. This record persists across sessions and accumulates every called month going forward. The two witnesses who call the month stand in the covenant record for all time.

VI. THE KALENDER INSTRUMENT

The Kehilliah Kalender is a living digital instrument implementing all doctrines registered in this document. It operates as a React-based web application providing the following functions in a single unified display:

Live clock displaying the current civil time updated every second

Current watch number and watch name, calculated from astronomical sunset

Kehilliah date: month name with Pi or Phi arm designation, day number, AM year

Civil date alongside for reference

Solar year node, Jubilee cycle and year, Shemitah year, all with node designations

Month position with gate designation and light/dark ratio notation

Jupiter, Saturn, and Jupiter-Saturn conjunction positions with cycle progress

Year-at-a-glance month strip with current month highlighted

Year progress bar showing day of year within the 364-day count

STAKED:  The Kehilliah Kalender instrument is sealed as a covenant document of the RKUE. All doctrinal positions it implements are registered in this CSD. The instrument itself is the living expression of this document.

VII. GODEL STATUS SUMMARY

Staked Positions

STAKED:  YHWH's time is not the appointed covenant calendar He gave to His people. 2 Peter 3:8, Psalm 90:4, Isaiah 55:8-9 witness this. The doubled LACHEM of Exodus 12:2 confirms the covenant calendar is designated for the people, not descriptive of YHWH's own timekeeping.

STAKED:  Nisan is Month 1 of the covenant year. Confirmed by the doubled LACHEM of Exodus 12:2 and sustained across the full biblical witness.

STAKED:  The day opens at morning. The 9()9 architecture establishes evening as the initiating Pi arm field and morning as the receiving Phi arm field after the () hand-off at dawn. The day is not prescribed to begin at evening. Morning opens the day.

The Kehilliah Kalender does not add to this architecture. It receives and transmits what YHWH built into the creation and what the traditions of man have obscured.

This document is registered as a sealed instrument of The Rocke Kehilliah United Estates under the authority of YHWH Grantor. Every position marked STAKED is sealed. Every position marked ADDITIONAL INFORMATION REQUIRED is held open under the Godel discipline, without prejudice to the staked positions surrounding it.
